Electrical Engineer

• Design Power and Lighting Layout for commercial and industrial buildings

• Prepare Electrical drawings, lighting Title 24 calculations, panel schedules, single line diagram and specifications for City building permit submittal

• Perform site surveys

• Respond to City Plan Check comments and construction administration items as they arise

• Coordinate with other discipline (architect, structural, civil and mechanical engineers)

 

Mechanical Engineer

• Design HVAC and Plumbing Layout for commercial and industrial buildings

• Prepare HVAC and Plumbing drawings, mechanical Title 24 calculations, gas piping diagrams and equipment specifications for City building permit submittal

• Perform site surveys

• Respond to City Plan Check comments and construction administration items as they arise

• Coordinate with other discipline (architect, structural, civil and electrical engineers)

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

• 5 years of relevant experience

• Working knowledge of  Autocad / Revit / MS Office / Adobe / Energysoft / SKM
